We are a family oriented primary school where twelve teachers, three after school club educators, one teacher´s assistant, three caretakers, the headmaster and his deputy are employed. There are 207 pupils altogether attending our school in ten classes and nine years in the school year 2013/2014. The aim of “Let´s learn on our ways” project is to enable bigger number of our teachers acquiring of international experience, key competences as well as language skills improvement. We intend to realize it by their presence at all kinds of activities offered by Erasmus+ programme (KA1) – language-methodology courses in Great Britain, “teaching assignment” and “job-shadowing” at our current partner schools in Poland, Bulgaria, Turkey and newly in Neitherlands. We are a small institution but as well the main coordinator of successful international Comenius project (COM-MP-2012-017) called „English learning by the ways of culture, social and sports meetings“. The effort of our school is to contact more international partners, cooperate with them and make our friendship deeper as well as spread our professional contacts with current ones. Expected matters of course from these projects are practical individual pedagogical outputs that are reflected on inovation of current didactic methods and teaching forms, creation of new teaching aids and materials (interactive multimedia presentations, digital teaching materials), public dissemination of results and experience and their publishing in various mass media. We want to offer our pupils, with a help of our colleagues from partner institutions, "foreign language environment" not only during their mobilities abroad but also in their "domestic" environment to start their perception of English or German speaking people as an ordinary part of "everyday" life, not as insignificant "experience" during several days in a year on their ways abroad with school or their parents. That is the reason why we would like to intensify our activities in European projects as well as divide responsibility for our international activities among more teachers and offer younger generations of our pupils continuing of the project that is concluded by their elder schoolmates this year. We want to be a part of European school community from this point on, even though newly under Erasmus+ programme (KA2). It is clear that achievement of really great project depends on perfect teamwork and we have been creating such team of teachers for this purpose right now.
