Participants mobility 18 students third grade orientation electrical tehnician, computer technician , technician in mechatronics and electronics technician as part of the curriculum for third grade have a work placement that their requirement for entry into fourth grade . The main task of the professional practice is gradually introducing students to real working conditions , and the implementation of professional practice. The main activity of the mobility of students is performing professional practices in the following areas and facilities : Electro - organization of labor in the production of electric motors , generators and transformers , to use the technical documentation in production, assembly and control, use of tools, equipment and instruments required for production; Technician for computing - designing computer configurations for different applications, installation and servicing computers, electronic waste disposal, installing and configuring software, management and maintenance of computer networks, programming and web design, Mechatronics technician- analysis, planning and organization of work working electrical and pneumatic connection diagrams, calculation and/or selection of process, diagnosing failure, tuning parameters, elements and / or systems, maintenance of equipment and systems ; Electronics technician- preparation of development, technological and operational documentation, production, testing of electronic components and assemblies, assembly and testing of electronic devices and equipment, their operation and maintenance . Professional practice that students will perform in Cork , Ireland , the school will recognize and verify as the practice carried out in the Republic of Croatia . In addition to work experience students will improve their language skills to communicate in English , and experience an independent life. The project will prepare them for easier adoption of new knowledge and skills in different ways and from different sources of knowledge, and for lifelong learning. School and students will work on their professional development through the organization, preparation and implementation of this project. Our intention is also to strengthen the synergy that is facilitating the transition between learning and work. Activity is planned for a period of two weeks. The main objectives of the mobility of students are : 1 ) To introduce students with business interests in real terms , and thus increase their professional skills 2 ) connect the theoretical content of the practice in order to motivate students to actively participate in class The expected result is to improve the skills, knowledge and skills of mobility, promotion of vocational education in our region and better employability of young people. The other activities of the project will be covered by 10 teachers of vocational subjects , English language teachers subjects closely related to the profession, and teachers involved in the activities of the organization of teaching and professional practice, and administration staff regarding the profiles of students: electrical tehnician, computer technician , technician in mechatronics and electronics technician . The aim of their mobility is : 1 ) professional development of pedagogical , didactic and organizational competence, centered on of teaching pupils and 2 ) harmonizing the knowledge and skills of students through teaching to suit the needs of the labor market in the EU Expected results are easier to connect theory and practice, the application of new methods of working and learning , working towards a model of instruction aimed at students. In addition , teachers will better understand the needs of the market , and classes will focus on those needs . We expect also making contacts with teachers from vocational schools that we visit . Through the professional development of teachers will visit a vocational school in the UK , will attend hours of their colleagues and employers see where their students do their practice . So teachers will learn , then teach students using the experience and knowledge they have acquired in training, but also to teach colleagues . Scheduled time teacher mobility in seven days . All these activities will be an incentive for change (own investment in formal and informal education , understanding the importance of learning in the educational process ) which should lead to a reduction in skills mismatches ( mismatch between the skills of the workforce and labor market needs ) . We expect the impact of the project on the following areas :1 ) Number of students in our mobility will increase number of high-quality mobile and skilled people for continuous improvement 2 ) The program shall encourage cooperation between institutions , to disseminate the results of the seminar for vocational teachers 3 ) to increase the employability of young people due to acquired professional knowledge and practice.
