Project name:" Study in real production" The project is aimed to young people from the "Vocational School Of Mechanical Engineering" from Plovdiv, Bulgaria that are in the stage of initial vocational education. In our country business development in technological significantly anticipate modernization of the programs for professional education. Fast development in production of high technological equipment requires adequate qualification of the specialties. Insufficient flexibility of the professional education makes realization of the project to perform cross-European mobility, using contemporary methods for flexible and adaptive education in the leading countries from the EU. The practice will build the professional training and the abilities of the participants in the area of "Road-Construction Equipment", "Material Handling Equipment","Trasport equipment" and "Manufacturing Technology". That will help for the unification of the professional abilities of our young people with these of the leading countries from the EU. This will create conditions for more successful realization in our country and the EU. The main participants of the project are the leadership in the "Vocational School of Mechanical Engineering" from Plovdiv and some of the experts – teachers who coordinate and control the realization of the project and involved in the preparation of plans and programs for the project activities. Beneficiaries of the project are the students from 11th and 12th classes in "Vocational School of Mechanical Engineering" from Plovdiv. Companies from Spain and Italy will participate as host partners. The main objectives of the project are: 1. To support the participants in their professional training and ensure quality in its implementation. To acquire new habits for realization of the idea Lifelong learning. 2. To create European contacts between people and improve their language skills. 3. To create real preconditions for personal development and adaptation of the participants to the labor market. 4. To create a system for commensurability of competences and qualification of young people within EU and thus to improve their possibilities for realization. Every participant will get a Certificate and Europass -Mobillity. Distribution of the results and the good practices in order to multiplication of the positive experience will be made. The realization of the project and the objectives we set will affect careers of young people and acquisition of personal habits and needs for Lifelong learning, and in conditions in which they work and study will contribute for raising of the intercultural and language skills. Practices are provided lasting three weeks in modern high-technology companies and enterprises. We provide preliminary language course related to the technical terms of practices, and cultural and social program in the partner country. The host partner countries will be Spain-MS-Barcelona and Italy-INFOL. Practices will be held in Seat, Cater Pillar, Folkswagen , Porshe,Ferrari, Auto evasion and other companies who use spanish, italian and english language for better social adaptation. Also we provide Spanish and Italian language courses like a second language. Our partners will organize the admission, the accommodation and practical lessons. The quality and the volume of work will be overseen jointly with our specialists. We anticipate to send four groups of ten people.1st group - 10 people with specialty "Road Construction Equipment"," Material Handling Equipment", "Manufacturing Technology". 2nd group – 10 people with specialty "Transport Equipment", "Manufacturing Technology";3th group- 10 people with specialty "Road Construction Equipment"," Material Handling Equipment", "Manufacturing Technology";4th group- 10 people with specialty "Transport Equipment", "Manufacturing Technology" Beneficiaries of the present project are students from 11th and 12th classes, young people that are in the last phase of their professional high-school education.
