Project "Participation for the Future" aims to realize youth mobility of volunteers from Spain, which have to support the main activities of the host organization working with young people and local communities, including small settlements and urban areas. The project will include five volunteers aged 18 to 30 years. Voluntary service is a total of 12 months for the same period one will be adopted three volunteer. Down period for implementing the service from 01.10.2015 until 30.09. 2016 The main activities that will implement the volunteers are: preparation, implementation and facilitation of club activities for young people on the main topics selected project; training and outreach work with local youth communities and institutions with a social contribution to youth; organizing and participating in initiatives from the calendar of the organization; preparation and bureaus of local (local) events and regional conference "Talk Humanifesto" - a platform for inspirational ideas for young people. " The project builds the capacity of our organization and provides the necessary resources for long-term volunteers who will work on specific project themes. It contributes to a significant impact on the environment: free expression of young people, social engagement of young people and small communities of the city and rural areas, too - so to build the capacity of local formal and informal youth communities and promote positive change in the design of the environment living in smaller settlements. EVS volunteers compared the effect is a rich learning experience and build on core competencies in the chosen themes; promoted tolerance and improved skills for multicultural dialogue; knowledge of a new culture and language; opportunity to establish new contacts with the administration in their personal and professional development. During the project will be implemented methods of informal learning (learning by doing) and youth mobility will be promoted "Erasmus +" The total project duration is 15 months from 01.09.2015 to 01.12.2016.
