The project includes our 12 teachers' staff mobility which will take place in Germany and Spain (European Union countries) under the leadership of Sivas Gemerek Atatürk Multi-Program High School. Gemerek Governorship and Gemerek Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen also support the project. The objectives of the project: 1. To provide the expansion of the concept of EU citizenship. 2. To provide our staff with the opportunity to see the relationship among teacher-student-parent-school in EU countries. 3. To reach one of the general objectives of our 2014-2015 strategy plan by ensuring the continuity of international staff mobility by means of our school. 4. To observe the reflection in EU countries of the project called “Why am I at school?” planned to be developed for the students and to provide the obtained data being used as an inventory that can be used in the education system of our district, region and even our country. The numbers and the profiles of the participants: Gemerek Atatürk Multi-Program High School will participate in the project with its 12 staff in different branches including 2 vocational teachers who are all expert in their own fields. The description of the activity: 1. Preparatory work before the mobility. 2. The work of job monitory mobility and conducting the questionnaire in the training centers of EURO-CERT European Academy gGmbH ve IES HELIOPOLIS which are our project partners in Germany and Spain. 3. Activities related to learning cultural and natural beauty of the EU countries such as museum tours. 4. Activities related to observing educational methods and techniques in EU countries. 5. Activities related to the project documents printed out, documentation of EUROPASS mobility and giving the documents to the teachers. 6. Reporting activities of the features that our staff will get during the project. 7. Activities to be carried out on the expansion of the project results. 8. Activities related to interim and final reports. Methodology that will be used in the project: Learning through observing and experiencing socio-cultural life and education system in EU. Expected Results and Impacts: 1. Our staff will contribute the important and useful features of the education system of EU countries to our school education system by analyzing the system. 2. The questionnaire and its result will make great contribution to the inventories to be used at our school, in the region and the country. 3. Within the scope of the expansion of the project results, the reason under the students’ reluctance to go to school will be examined nationally -internationally and the reduction of the school dropout will be seen in the long term by analyzing the results of the project. At the end of the project, it is expected that our highly motivated 12 staff, who have the mobility certificate within the scope of EU and have developed themselves in terms of language and the culture during the project and the observation at our partner schools in Germany and Spain, will make a great contribution to especially themselves, their school, and then their region and the country.
