Our project which Integration of Turkish Cuisine With Europen Cuisine was organized between 04/05/2015 an 02/06/2015 in Spain in Sevilla for a month. Gönen Vacotional And Technical High School joined to project with two teachers and 19 students were 17 girls and 2 boys from 10., 11. and 12. classess. Our students were prepared about language courses, vocational Works, visa and process, health insurance, social and culturel prepare for the project preparation stage. Our project ensured to bring together Turkish Cuisine with Europen Cuisine an to interaction between two culture. Our project works were organized in hotel kitchen that in Sevilla. Europen local foods, sauces, appetizer, different meal receipes and technics of preparation were abserved. Thus students found opportunity to enriching work between western deligths and Turkish Cuisine culture. Our students found opportunity to cooperation and information exchange about education, idea with sector employees and their peer. Thus they enriched their world. Our students had experience about abroad and developed their languages, Professional knowledge and competition power. This project was ensured and this students have Europen standarts employment power.
