Our school, away from the city centre of Burdur, is the only school in Hacılar Village. There are 3 administrative staff, 6 teachers, 1 auxiliary staff and 50 students in our school renewed in 2013. Since 2013, our school has reached a level to meet the needs of the 21st century by fulfilling material needs. However, as a result of various analyzes, it has been seen that our school staff cannot use COMMUNICATION SKILLS efficiently. In literature studies, it has been seen that in organizations not having effective communication system, individuals mostly either act with prejudice or have wrong or negative attitudes while assessing something with lack of information. This has shown us that we primarily need an effective communication and information sharing process. A variety of social activities, seminars, home visits have been planned and implemented to improve the communication among school-parent-student. Despite all our attempts; School-Family communication system has not had a quality of providing an information flow in each direction at our school. Effective communication skill is expressing oneself in professional life as well as in private life and learning process, understanding others, managing or preventing from conflicts, solving a problem. In short, it is the basic skill to deal with oneself and the social environment. In this regard, it has an important place in education. In the studies, it shows that conflicts of communication, at least a portion of it, are due to lack of information in communication. TRkey is the project to find an answer to the question how to remedy the shortcomings and how to transfer it into the application. It is planned for 3 administrative staff, 4 Class Teacher and 1 Preschool Teacher with a total of 8 people to take an international in-service training. Teachers whose profile includes being highly motivated, speaking English at a basic level, having developed organizational skills are added to the list of participants on a voluntary basis. TRkey contains human-oriented approach. In addition, it was written with the processes of FDD (Feature Driven Development) to effectively respond to people’s changing. Respectively; a whole model development, list building, planning, designing and performing categories were followed. Inconveniences that may arise in the running of the project were prevented with the contract between participant-organization and organization-training course. TRkey will influence participants positively their personal and professional lives. Participants will be capable of communicating effectively, develop technology using skills and be active citizens by increasing the use of language skills. Since TRkey is the first transnational project of our school, it is the key for our school to have an international ID. With the completion of TRkey, our school will gain a new identity and tear the village school perception. Our school, internationalized, will have the experience to take part in Erasmus + school partnership in long-term. Our school will serve as an example by dissemination project in Burdur province in the scope of effective communication. With wave effect, all these achievements, starting from our target audience, will serve as an example for our village, surrounding village schools and province by spreading. This little touch will have large impacts in our city.
