Our direct target group will be youth workers who deal with young people with special needs e. g. early school leavers, having low self – esteem, unemployed young people, etc. Therefore, youth workers have to provide such type of youth work activities for them which are creative and participatory, they can gain successful moments during participation, they can enjoy the participation and becoming more and more active meanwhile develop their self – confidence, to learn more about their own culture and about themselves, to recognise their learning outcomes, to learn to handle the obstacles during their learning processes, to explore their own strengths, passions, and through these to become enough independent to start even small start ups regarding to their passions or being enough brave to apply for a job and being able to summaries their strengths and weaknesses and present their competences what they have gained and improved within non – formal education. Even having one or more Youthpass certificate what they can use instead of diploma or one day besides a diploma. The overall aim of the Partnership building seminar is to train youth workers, youth leaders to be able to prepare, run and evaluate such type of non – formal educational methods which support young people to explore their talents meanwhile discover their own cultures. Practicing education through arts and sports in order to find strengths and creativity in traditions, which were forgotten and revise them, make it modern and popular among local community and European level. To support young people to recognise their roots and find their talents there and using their talents, to foster their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. To make traditions through talents of young people well – known in Europe e.g. running youth projects according to the proposals of KA1 and KA2 according to the proposals of Erasmus + programme. Number and profile of participants: this project is going to host 4 participant from each partner countries, which means 28 participants in total. The participants are going to be youth workers, directly involved to work with youth with special needs. Description of activities: ”Triple T: Talents, Traditions, Together” - Partnership Building Seminar on share methods on discover traditions through arts and sports in order to motivate unemployed young people to use their talent to become entrepreneurs will be held in Cristuru Secuiesc, Romania between 8-15. September 2014. The methodological flow of the partnership building seminar: To get familiar with theories and strategies of European Commission: Health and Well - Being and Culture and Creativity of the European Youth Strategy “Investing and empowering young people” and key competences with special focus on sense of initiative and entrepreneurship from Youthpass learning process; Share methods for education through sports: participants collect traditional sports and games from their local communities and send a description of it to everyone. They will present it and practice during the seminar. Then till the end of the seminar, they will make a traditional sports and games booklet in the language of all participants of the seminar. After each presentation, there will be a discussion what young people can learn from the certain traditional sport or game. Share methods for education through arts. Participants will bring music, dance, photos of paintings and architecture they believe that represent their culture the most. They will present it through different tools and techniques to the others. Make a DVD about it! Participants have to make a local research on traditional games, sports, dance, music, paintings and architecture of the town, what young people know about it. Invent and explore different tools and techniques which can support young people to recognise their learning outcomes and from their learning outcomes to recognise their talent. Triple T Strategy: Talents, Traditions, Together – make a strategy for initiation and entrepreneurship in local and European level. Build up strong partnerships for realisation of the Strategy and invent new projects to implement it locally and European level. Results of the project will be: Methods’ booklet will consist of List of tools and methods in order to put the Health and Well – Being and Culture and Creativity fields of actions into youth work practice; Descriptions on Grassroots Traditional Sport Games; Descriptions of methods of education through arts; Triple T Strategies for initiation and entrepreneurship in local and European level and DVD which will include: The organisational presentations; Recorded Talent show evening; Photos and videos from the grassroots traditional sport games and discussion about their adaption for different target groups; Photos and videos from the grassroots traditional sport games and discussion about their adaption for different target groups; Methods of education through arts.
