The research aims to build a worth transport system governed by certain and equal rules, it has to guarantee toll levels and services that are fitting and are comparable with the neighbouring one in order to facilitate entrepreneurial activities by reducing the entry/exit cost of transportation of goods; consequently, on one hand to easy and make free the mobility of people and improve the other condition of competitiveness of Corsica and Sardegna.The project analysis aims to find the present normative instruments available to face and solve the issue of territorial continuity.
