TRANSPARENCY FOR MOBILITY IN TOURISM (TMT)

The object of the TMT is to transfer, test and mainstream, through a process of adaptation and sharing with the national and trans-national partnership, the following devices:description of the qualifications in terms of competences and Units; Outline of the points which can be assigned, based on the specific techniques of ECVET, for each Unit; Procedure for the assessment, evaluation, certification and recognition of the learning outcomes obtained in formal, informal and non formal contexts, that is, the output of the project ECFVET IN FOOD; software and database in support of the compilation of the Europass CV, that is, the output of the project NEW Hospitality. The aims and related objectives of the project are, therefore, to make available to the direct targets of the intervention (education and training operators; political institutions in charge of the planning of the training and educational supply; orientation operators) the two good practices, having verified in the preparatory phase the presence of a common interest regarding the solution of the following needs: development and use of methods and instruments for making transparent and recognising qualifications that include the skills and competences acquired during informal and non formal learning; improvement in the sustainability of employment in the sector; improvement in the quality of training; a higher professional quality of the human resources employed in the reference sector; the development/implementation of instruments to support worker mobility. The final products that project TMT proposes to realise as the solution for the needs described above are: KIT TMT EUROPASS CV (Software and related users’ guidebook for the compilation of the European CV) and TMT transparency and mobility (technical document containing procedures and instruments for planning the training offer, and for the assessment, evaluation, certification and recognition of the learning outcomes obtained in formal, informal and non formal contexts).
