Transnational Training III - a Continuous Path to Successful Educational Practices
Date du début: 1 sept. 2016, Date de fin: 31 août 2018 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The consortium is constituted of AEVA-CQEP, Agrupamento de Escolas de Albergaria-CQEP and by CEFOSAP and it is coordinated by the first organisation. Its main goal is to contribute to the further development of its staff, so it can advance in delivering even better processes in the hosting, diagnosis, information, forward guidance of youngsters and adults as well as in the recognition, validation and certification of competences services. At the same time, a good cooperation among its three members in the development of the present project activities (selection, dissemination, mobility, certification and assessment), along with specific roles and responsibilities assigned to each consortium member, will make the coordination smoother and easier. This will also enhance networking as well as productive and fruitful cooperation among educational organisations in the same region, contributing, at the same time, for the sharing of good practices and ensure cooperation and fluent communication. Thus, a group of 16 staff members (from board, counsellors, trainers, psychologists, process coordinators) will participate in a wide set of learner-centred training courses with strength-based approaches. These are, among other, narrative and appreciative methodologies, question techniques to lead better, hands-on, dialogue methods to address the power of social discourses and much, much more. After a swot analysis of the consortium training needs, the following course topics were identified as most relevant: coaching, peer coaching , guidance, validation of competences, entrepreneurial education, communication skills, ICT and new technologies, leadership and strategic management, conflict management, training/guidance techniques, problem solving and decision making, team work and cross cultural issues. As a result of participation in the training activities, the whole consortium organisations will strongly benefit from this project as they will be better in running their educational services, where the starting point will be the learner and learning will be better contextualised (in the context of the learners' life). This form of learning is, in three words, more respectful, empowering and sustainable.
