The aim of this project is to publish translations of books written in seven different languages by nine authors from seven different countries into Croatian language. Selected books are:A TIME FOR EVERYTHING by Klaus Ove Knausgaard (Norway)THE BONE CLOCKS by David Mitchell (United Kingdom)THE BOOK OF STRANGE NEW THINGS by Michael Faber (United Kingdom)A STRANGENESS IN MY MIND by Orhan Pamuk (Turkey)ON THE SHORE by Rafael Chirbes (Spain)SOMETHING WRITTEN by Emmanuele Trevi (Italy)CHARLOTTE by David Foenkinos (France)A MAN: KLAUS KLUMP / MACHINE OF JOSEPH WALSER by Gonçalo Tavares (Portugal)IN THE WOLF'S MOUTH by Adam Foulds (United Kingdom).The authors of selected books are internationally recognized writers, recipients of literary awards in their countries and in the countries where translations of their books were published. These books have two things in common: they are masterfully written and by their structure they belong to – novels, to several centuries old European literary form.We want to publish and present selected works in compliance with the high standards of contemporary book production and to make the book available to as many readers and possible.
