The project that is planned in the content of Professionnel Education Learner and Mobility of the Staff is based on nursing and caring. In this century, we have been sharing our moments with the people who have different beliefs,cultural backgrounds and ethnicities. In our country with the effects of cosmopolitan society structure and different topograhic features, there exist different kinds of people with the different cultural heritage. We provide these people with health services. When we analzye the whole health service system, nurses are at the hearth of the sharing with the people as they faces with the individual who would like to have health services from the beginning to the end of the procedure. From this standpoint, as professionnel who are working in the enviroment of health services, in our clinical trials we figured out that nurses have some problems while they are caring for their patience.-Enrichment of the intercultural knowledge of nursing-To be able to develop sensitive and effective caring model that will satisfy the cultural needs of individual, family and the any group of people, The Project will be carried out by the ACIPAYAM Fatih Vocational and Technical High School . The participants is going to be senior and junior students in nursing and emergency medical tecnician department.There will be students between the age of 16 and 18. It is obvious that only professionnel knowledge and and the implementations are not enough for caring system. Totally 29 participated people whom therefore, the importance of difference culture in caring must be taken into consideration in order to go one step forward. This notion is going to provide us to catch the oppurtunity of generating intellectual and well-analitical skilled nurses. The culture shapes the attitudes of the individuals and the perception of health and the illness. Also in the case of being healthy or ill, the cultural background takes turn the all health services such as request for care servises or the processes of adabtation to the treatment.In this project, the participant will learn and practise the model of intercultural caring services for nurses that is at the standart of European Union and also they will absolutely gain the ability to localize the model in Turkey. The school and the students that will have an awareness of caring patient from different cultures will be discover major fundamental point of nursing regarding culture. The participants that will have this professionnel competency always consider the cultural motivations of qualified patient caring and streghten the nurse-patient relationships. A final word for this project is that the efficieny and the effectiveness will increase in this multi disciplinary structure. For these purposes, the project owner foundation ACIPAYAM Fatih Vocational and Technical High School is going to participate an education program between the date of 2nd-15th April S.L.U. Clisur Hospiten Estepona-SPAIN, Prof.Dr. Ragıp Üner Vocational and Technical High School between the date of 30th April-13rd May Azıenda USL Modena–ITALY and Isparta Lokman Hekim Vocational and Technical High School .between the date of 4th-17th June in Azıenda USL Modena–ITALY
