Applicant of the following proposal is the Technical Institute Economic and Technological (ITSET) “F. Palizzi "of Vasto, which in its European development plan has included a full mobility actions of the students, after the experiences of the Leonardo da Vinci - IVT" Warm-Up Phase ", presented and funded in 2012 and the project Erasmus + "AllOnTour" presented and funded in 2014. Building on the past experiences, the ITSET Palizzi in Vasto is the organizer of this mobility project born from the need to offer the opportunity to enhance their own technical, professional and transverse skills to 80 new graduates in July 2015 in the technology sector (address CAT and Geotechnical); the young school leavers come from the proponent Institute and other three ones of the Region of Abruzzo, the ITET "Enrico Fermi" in Lanciano and I.T.C.G. "Galiani - de Sterlich" in Chieti, the IIS "Alessandrini-Marino-Forti" in Teramo, that, sharing with the proponent the territory and the study and attention to trends in the labor market, the professional needs of companies of the territory, the employability of young people and the development of their professional skills, have continuously the evidence of • how the figures with high profile skills in language and technical professionals find with relative ease both their position in the current world of work and the satisfaction to their training needs, • how are, indeed, strongly penalized figures that possess only basic skills. And that is why they have joined with renewed enthusiasm, after the experience of All-OnTour. the presentation of the candidacy. Overall objective of the project is to promote the culture of lifelong learning, to combat social exclusion and encourage active citizenship; the specific target is to strengthen the technical and professional skills of the young beneficiaries and the linguistic ones, through the "learning by doing", "living" and applying, in a new and different work context, what already learned in their studies and / or professional. The project therefore involves the construction of internships lasting eight weeks to play in four different Hosting Countries (Ireland, United Kingdom, Germany and Spain). The beneficiaries will be selected after a rigorous and transparent procedure, prepared to the mobility period abroad, then provided with a scholarship for an internship abroad in firms, companies, professional firms, associations active in the movement of Transition Town and / or the Green Economy. The project, therefore, will help to redefine the role of coach of the Green Economy / expert in Transition activities and will enhance its adaptability to the labor market, in the light of the development of new models of environmentally sustainable development and territorial and urban design and planning. At the same time it will be finalized the knowledge of English as a lingua franca, so that the candidate, on his return, will be able to achieve certification of linguistic knowledge and possibly, at the express request, the language certification at ITSET, site for the preparation to Cambridge University exams. With the cooperation of the hosting and of the intermediary organizations, the Applicant will closely monitor the mobility period, will issue the Europass and Mobility Certificate; thanks to the dense network formed with the local partnership including CNA Sec. Chieti, the Order of Engineers of Chieti, the Board of Surveyors of Chieti, Chieti Confindustria, the Association of Companies of Vasto area (Assovasto), the Association of Professionals of Vasto area, the Center for Employment of Vasto, ICEEL and Town of Vasto, will be made effective and widespread actions for dissemination and awareness of the socio / production context in order to create synergy and partnerships for the future employment of the beneficiaries: in September 2016 there will be a final conference of the project for the dissemination of results and delivery of the Europass Mobility.
