The project aims to train Telecenter Managers and workers in order to enable Telecenters to become IS and ICT reference entities and learning hubs offering within their services lifelong learning opportunities for their community and business fabric. Thus the project contributes to the specific objectives from the LLL Call, as it will contribute Telecenters to define and implement on rural or isolated areas services that will improve the accesibility and atractiveness of lifelong learning opportunities (LLP-Obj-C), and services that will promote creativity, competitiveness and entrepreneurship(LLP-Obj-E).
