Transfer, configuration and development a intercultural competences model and a methodological guide for the actors (trainers/managers) involved in the Ethnic minorities/inmigrants learning process
The objective of the partnership is to develop a methodological guide to intercultural competences with innovative models. Organizations, VET Centres and companies all over Europe require specific training in intercultural competences, and the project aims at using the experience of countries such as Germany and UK or Spain in this field to create a learning guide that can be used in other countries.
