Transatlantic Master in International Security & Development Policy

Transatlantic Dual Degree in International Security & Development is a cooperation between the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University (ISS) and the Hertie School of Governance. Students will be able to choose one of two tracks: either a Master of Public Affairs and Public Policy (MPA/MPP) or a Master of International Relations and a Master of Development Studies (MAIR/MDS). During the first year of the programme, the twelve students (six from the US and six from Europe) will study at the Maxwell School, while the second half is spent at both the ISS and the Hertie School. The aim is to create a cohort of young professionals in the field of International Security and Development who gain unique expertise from the American and European contexts.Duting the project total 48 students will complete the programme.
