Project shares experiences, information and know-how of immigrant work in Vantaa and Estonia: Vantaa has developed a multisectoral and multiprofessional approach for the integration of immigrants; Estonia has developed training of the Russian-speaking population and it is preparing to fulfil the requirements of immigration policy in the EU. Project evaluates and develops the training for language and culture groups provided by the City of Vantaa education department. New multiprofessional working methods are sought in co-operation with the Estonian partners. Schools and the social department gain new tools to face the multicultural challenges. Target areas: Vantaa in Finland and Tallinn in Estonia
