The project is based on the close cooperation of health institutes on both sides of the border to harmonize patient treatment which is a benefit for all patients living in the region. The general objective of the project is to homogenize the quality of health service by training doctors and assistants and by creating a common patient mobility protocol.Target groups: the trained doctors and assistants. The main specific activities of the project are: partnership building; elaboration of a patient mobility protocol in the cross border region; harmonising the quality of patient treatment in the partner institutions; training doctors and assistants (lectures, practices, examining tools); presentation of common results at 2 international conferences. Main results: better trained doctors on both sides of the border, a closer cooperation between the institutions and a higher quality of patient treatment in the field of gastroenterology.
