Training in European Automotive and Mechanical Fabrication aims to equip 15 students of the Institute Emilio Campuzano an international dimension to improve the professional skills of the young people participating through an internship in EU companies. Specific objectives: -Provide the participants an experience of European and local implementation of practices to improve their personal, professional and language. -Provide intermediate level students a European experience through the internship program, which will help generate an international dimension. The two groups of beneficiaries are aged 18 to 22 years enrolled in a training cycle through Vocational Training. group 1 - 5 young country of destination Germany. - Studying the module - Motor Vehicle Electromechanics group 2 - 5 young country of destination Germany - Studying the module - Machining group 3 -5 young, country of destination Italy - Studying de module- Motor Vehicle Electromechanics Profile of target groups: -Residents in Bizkaia. -No work experience. -Without any experience in Europe. Results for the participant group: -Contact with the labor market. -Strengthening their language skills. -Improved: adaptability, autonomy, relationships, tolerance and European perspective. The 4-week stay includes work experience in related sectors that present training cycle. TEACHERS The project also aims mobility in the European environment dedicated to training professionals in industries such as Automotive , Mechanical Manufacturing, involved in the field of people development , in order to improve their skills professionals and develop new skills. Specific objectives: - Materialize cooperation between European organizations that provide training opportunities in the automotive and logistics sector in order to adapt the skills of teachers to the needs of students who are going to get to the new labor market Transfer - on training pathways methodologies in the fields of Automotive , Mechanical Manufacturing , and adequacy and prospecting skills - Strengthen and develop the skills of professional training and guidance - Benchmarking activity and know-how of companies in Poland and Czech Republic in the European environment For this, the mobility project for 12 people, with destinations Poland and Czech Republic will be held during a week stay.
