In this project we have 7 young people involve in the EVS, 4 are less opportunity. The mission are : - In italy at Altamura (Associazone Culturale Link) for 2 young people in the month of october 2014 and 2 of february 2015. The young people will be involve in soprt activities. - In Italy at Altamura (Associazone Culturale Link) for 1 young people in february 2015 for 9 months. He will help the profesional to prepare and realize sport's activities, and aniamtion against bad food. - In Bosnia Herzegovina (Omladinski Center Jajce) for 1 young people in september 2014 during 9 month. the volunteer will be involve in social and cultural animation for children,teenager and young people. - In Republic of Macedonia (Volunteer center Skopje) for 1 young people in september during 12 months. the volunteer will be involve in the magazine's creation. Work's methodology : Involvment of the young in the profesional team that give the opportunity to discover the organisation. the young people is learning directly the reality of the organisation. -Short term : During the EVs the young people is in the discovering of the international mobility and frequently of the invovlment. Reinforced mentorship are in place to help them. - Long term : The young people are more implicate in doing action. The team of the organisation have to help him. takin : risck, autonomy and responsability are the basis of our methodology to young people in EVS believes in themeselve. All of this action give the opportunity of the young people to learn new competencies, discover the europe diversity, have funny time and share experiencies with the others people. The EVS take an important place in the young people way, and add value. The main objectives is prepare them to a best social and profesional integration. This EVS missions reinforce the patnerships betwenn the organisations of young and pratics exchange about europe mobility. Europe gives a sens to the humans values.
