Towards an Effective and Life Long Training of People with Special Needs for Help Desk Operations utilising ICT
Improving job prospects for people with special needs : The project has created a multimedia training programme for on-the-job training for people with special needs. The training takes the individuals' limited mobility into account and provides opportunities for them to become more competitive in the job market. This project started in 2002 and lasted 36 months.
