Towards A Better Future

The project “Toward A Better Future ” aims to contribute to the development of youth entrepreneurship and creativity of young people. It will bring together 45 young people, mainly with fewer opportunities from three different European countries: Finland, Sweden and Poland for 8 days in Warsaw, Poland to awake the desire in young people to take actions,give them opportunity to learn from each other, develop their ideas and become young entrepreneurs. This youth exchange will provide knowledge and space for young people to reflect upon youth business opportunities in their local community. The main objective of this project is to enable young participants to gain knowledge and skills for development and promoting of youth-led social entrepreneurship. The specific objectives are : -To develop basic entrepreneurship skills and creativity of young people; -To inspire young people to take an active role in their lives and in the lives of the lives of their local community; -To improve young people's self-confidence, self-esteem and overcome their fear of expressing feelings and opinions; -To reflect on and share their realities/experiences of social entrepreneurship in Europe; -To foster mutual understanding,tolerance, respect and solidarity towards cultural differences in order to build social cohesion within the EU; -To promote European cooperation in the youth field. During the 8 days of project activities the young participants will explore the themes of basic entrepreneurship skills, creativity, critical thinking, time management skills, role of young people in their local business activities, reflection on the youth entrepreneurship integration and possible ways to combat against social exclusion. This youth exchange is based on the principles and practice of non-formal education taking into account participants’ needs, motivations and experiences. A diversity of working methods is used for learning: ice-breakers, team building exercises, reflection workshops, inputs, individual and group activities simulation exercises, presentations , interactive discussions, debate, outdoor activities and self assessment. 
The result of the project contributes to increase young people's sense of entrepreneurship and develop their knowledge and skills to face challenges and build better future. To keep the result of the project sustainable, visual materials and documents will be prepared such as, representative hight quality video clip commemorating the activities carried out by participants and spread in the networks of participating organizations, national agencies, local community and external society.
