The project will build e-learning contents for improving the communication, negotiation, presentation skills and competences of unemployed middle aged women to enable them to get employed in the tourism sector, by facilitation of access to training and creating a network. Target groups and sectors are: Middle-aged women and people with previous work and other experience, willing to find a job in the tourism, by inclusion in work groups; Managers of SMEs and employees of associations in the tourist sector, chambers of commerce, SME and tourist institutions in general, their teachers, trainers, coaches, counsellors. Expected results include: Modular e-course for women on CD-ROM with users’ manual, based on job descriptions and job analysis in sector; Guidebook with examples of good practices (ideas of successful SMEs) for all target groups; Website.
