“Tools for successful leadrership - from vision to reality” is a 7 days training course constructed acording the needs of young society and directed to youth workers and youth activists. This course between 9 Eu countries will take place in Kaunas, Lithuania and will involve 27 participants- youth workers and activists,two trainers and two support staff experienced in the field of youth work in order to ensure a smooth implementation of the project and to reach the most effective results.
Oftentimes youngster have education and knowledge but in the end in lots of cases are not able to achieve their goals and follow through on their projects, the main reason of this issue is that young people are not equip with skills and has not enough working practice. For those reasons this training will be focused on development of young leader's skills and competenciies. Skills will be discussed one by one in order to explore them in a structured yet comprehensive way with the methodology of non formal education and encourage participants to start applying them not just in personal projects but also prefessionally in the labor market.

Each leader in order to make his team growing has to implement entrepreneurial skills, such as leadership,time management , communication and social skills,management and other. Its very important that youth leaders have right tools in order transfer relevant information to the local realities and make others grow,developing their transversal competencies and teaching how young people of today can use them to achieve their goals, become more employable and build a better society of tomorrow.
The main objectives of the training course are:
raising awareness of the importance of transversal competencies in order to be competitive and employable on the future labor markets;
encouraging positive interaction among the youth of different EU countries by involving them in a week of activities together; supporting young people’s personal growth and employability by helping them acquire new entrepreneurial and soft skills and developing new competencies that can be used to achieve a higher success in their projects;
Moreover, then 27 young motivated people will come back to their countries and start to act as professional leaders of their organizations and communities,a huge number of other young people will be effected and included in the process of the good changes and this idea will have an impact on the society. During the project participants will make a research and the comparison of what does the labour market need and how does the education system prepare youngsters, collect the bet practises and identify the main gaps and will construct the recommendation. This document will be adapted according to local realities , translated to all the languages of the partner countries and sent to the national ministries of education. Youngsters will create their suggestions on how to impr the formal education programmes and better adapt it to the needs of tomorrows labour market,in order to reduce the enemployability and strengthen the sence of entrepreneurship.
