The project entitled '' Together we are stronger 2 '' is a youth exchange project implemented by the Youth Association '' Youth in the European Union '' in collaboration with the 'Association for Development, Education and Labour' 'from Slovakia, the Association' 'Adefs Youth International '' from Spain and the Association '' Associazione Nea '' from Italy. The project lasted six months and its activities were implemented from 01.02.2016. to 31.07.2016., and was completed in three main phases: preparation phase, the implementation phase and report, dissemination and evaluation phase. The specific objective of the project was improvement of skills and practical knowledge of young unemployed people in the area of green business in order to enhance their (self) employment, mobility of young people, to increase awareness of the possibilities offered by the EU programs and achieving international cooperation. Main activities of the project were attended by 23 participants and 4 group leader from Croatia, Italy, Spain and Slovakia. By participating in the project activities, the participants adopted the following skills: business planning, development of business ideas, analyzing the sustainability of business ideas, developing marketing strategies, group work, how to present their own ideas and work in a multicultural group. During the project they get familiar with the best practices of social and green business and were informed about the '' Youth Guarantee 'and the Erasmus + program. These skills and knowledge participants have gained by participating in the following lectures and workshops: '' Green Business '', '' The development of green business ideas '', '' plan positioning '', '' Business Planning '', '' Funding and sustainability of green Entrepreneurship '', '' Measuring social performance '' and '' testing success factors in establishing business plans ''. At the end of the project to all participants was given Youthpass certificate. With the implementation of the planned activities we have achieved planned results of the project relating to the target group (unemployed young people). Participants have increased the ability of (self) employment, there has been an improvement of skills and knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, with an emphasis on green business. They also have improved the English language skills, increased cross-cultural awareness and sense of initiative. Also, the implementation of the proposed project have ensured conditions for its sustainability after its completion by: providing guidelines (all working materials are available on the website of the organization) for further cooperation and the realization of potential business plans of participants, making the basis for future implementation of similar projects through creation of the project newsletters which were sent to partner organizations that have shared it further to other associations in their countries, and the expansion of the very idea of green business by participants among their peers in their respective countries. This project is closed with a closing conference held in Sibenik in the last month of the project.
