“Today's Youth - Tomorrow's Workforce” is a youth exchange to for 40 young people from different European countries, organised by Erzurum Change Youth Group. It will take place in Erzurum, Turkey on 10-18 October 2015. Our youth exchange will deal with employment, unemployment, youth employment and its issues in different European countries.Unemployed young people face a high risk of social exclusion. We want to bring young people together to make comparisons between countries, institutions and organizations working in this area. So, Participants will gain a better understanding of youth unemployment & employment opportunities.We will use will be diverse working methodsin non-formal education such as filed visits, simulations, group worksfor our youth exchange. Objectives -To make the young people understand the terms such as labour, employment and unemployment in a deep way. -To provide the exchanging of the good practices in the different countries and match the solutions and realities of the subjects. - To support the young people in the process of their employment to get the new abilities of them. -To empower the understatement among the young people from the different countries and develop the ability of the young people in the field of intercultural learning -To provide the young people experience of working together from the different countries in the field of globalized work environments. -To provide the development of abilities of entrepreneurship of the young people. -To provide the introduction of the foundations that can help the young people in the process of employment and labour -To support the young people to understand their needs and potentials. - To provide the young people to come together and find the common solutions to the common problems. We aim to raise young people's key competences and their access to the labour market, to make participants motivated to get engaged as active citizens for better economic transformations.
