Project To-Get-There to Cesis is one of the projects, which is being developed within network called To-Get-There (TGT). The main idea of the network is to increase the quantity and quality of social inclusion projects within EVS. In this project there will participate 8 volunteers from Finland, Poland, Ireland and Italy and all of them can be cosidered as young people with fewer opportunities facing different ways of exclusion. The length of project will be three weeks from 26.06 to17.07.09. The main activities of the project will focus on such themes as environment frienfly way of living and positive thinking/attitude towards life. During the project volunteers will do different kind of practical tasks in Gaujas National Park, but also they will work themselves on environment issues, providing different workshops for visitors of Ligatnes Nature park, doing street animation, involving in activities local people of Cesis and promoting themes of the project to local community in general. Big focus during the project is also paid on development of social and life skills of volunteers. It will be met, by living and cooking together as a group.
