PROJET
TERMINÉ
Nowadays, young people from grammar schools and universities, colleges drink a lot, smoke, and sometimes use drogs. They do not know how to amuse themselves, how to manage stressful situations. This is not good for them, their families, and also for the society. These young people cannot be the basement of a good society, they cannot establish good and long term relationships, family. The aim for our project is to show alternative possibilities for amusement, free time activities. Additionally it is important to show them methods and techniques to manage their stress not to escape to alcohol or drugs. It is very important to develop a good picture of themselves, and to make order in their physical surroundings, tasks, plans, wishes, aims, and relationships.Free time alternatives are exercises, excursions, horse-riding, hiking, music (and playing on instruments), meditation.Stress managing techniques are relaxation, music, nature, animals, breathing, yoga, tai-chi, dynamic meditation, transdance, and silence. We will also show them healthy lifestyle in eating, drinking, exercises, etc.Purposes are to give alternatives for entertainment and stress management, and to show them their aims for the future. The methods are non formal, experimental educating methods. They can also know other young people from other countries, culture and with other problems, and they can know EU and other culture better. The purpose of our project is to prevent abusements. Therefore we wait for young people who are before school change, before getting involved in situations leading to alcohol, smoking or drugs. Prevention is very important in our project, and we think this age frame has possibility to be in time before any abusements.
