Ticket to Mobility in Sport
Date du début: 1 janv. 2017, Date de fin: 30 juin 2018 PROJET  TERMINÉ

T2MIS (Ticket to Mobility in Sport) project focuses on mobility for learning purposes within the sport sector. Mobility has a central position in EU policy and occurs when an individual “moves to a country other than their country of residence, in order to undertake study, training or other learning […]. The objective of such experiences is to allow individuals to acquire new skills that will strengthen their future employability as well as their personal development.”+The project meets a real needThe Feasibility Study and consultation carried out by EOSE underlined a strong demand and interest for mobility activities from the sport sector, and a recognised benefit that would arise from an increase of mobility. However, the demand has lain dormant because awareness level of existing opportunities has been low and sport has lacked the capacity to engage.+The project will create an innovative self-guided toolT2MIS aims to create the conditions for volunteers, coaches, managers and staff of non-profit sport organisations to take part in mobility. The project will launch a centralised online tool gathering simplified information about available learning mobility opportunities for the sector and guiding interested candidates to the most relevant opportunities adapted to their profile, willingness and expectations.+The project will produce real impact and legacyT2MIS is the start of the journey that will help and support the sector to increase its level of awareness and take up, maximise the benefits and adopt a culture of mobility. An increase level of mobility will positively impact the competences of the workforce by learning from a different working and cultural environment and will help the sector to reach its recognised and growing potential.+The project builds upon a strong partnershipThe 4 partners bring a mix of stakeholders (EU umbrella, public authority, social partner, university) a balanced geographical coverage and a strong expertise in mobility.
