This project was born out of the need of giving a boost to the innovation and internationalization of the Istituto Comprensivo Camerano, to better meet the ever more complex educational needs of those who are nowadays our students and will be the future European citizens. The project is centred on the participation of 11 teachers and the Headmaster to courses in three fields: 1. linguistic development at an advanced level for the Headmaster and for the Coordinator of the ErsamusPlus Projects (KA1 and KA2), whose respective roles, as official representatant of the Institute and figure of contact in the international projects, require a high mastery of the English language; 2. methodology and language for three teachers of English at Primary level to enhance their linguistic and methodological competences in order to enrich their everyday teaching and better meet students' educational needs in a discipline that seems to be strategic in future education and work experience; 3. English and other subjects (Maths, Art, Music, Special Needs) teaching using ICT for seven Lower Secondary teachers, to plan and implement more updated and creative didactic-educational paths, capable of stirring the digital natives' transversal competences and motivation. Taking part in the above mentioned courses , the full-immersion in a foreign, English-speaking and intercultural context together with other European colleagues, will improve the communicative skills and enhance the personal and professional edevelopment of the participants, who will gain more knowledge, develop competences, acquire good practices to share with the orgnization and to translate them into educational strategies for students' success and , more boradly, for the improvement of the schools' quality.
