Date du début: 1 sept. 2016, Date de fin: 31 août 2018 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Think "OUT OF THE BOX"- „Über den Tellerrand hinaus “– conduct your internship in Europe! Our partnersThe "State Vocational School for Home Economics" and the "State Vocational School for Nursery Nursing" are both under the roof of the "Vocational School Centre" (BSZ) Mühldorf a. Inn.We have a 12-year long history with the "Landw. Fachschule in Andorf, AT" and the vocational school center HYRIA in Hyvinkää, Finnlnad in european work (Comenius). Now it is time to move on to Erasmus+ and Mobilities – and we are not only sending our own students and teachers; we will also receive from our partners. For a long time, the home economics department operated very tightly with both our partner schools. With this application we want to involve the nursery nurse department. So now we will have twice the amount of Europe! We are proud to have found a new partner as well: The Guildford College in England. With this application we want to send teachers (doing Job Shadowing and internships). We also have in mind, to broaden this contact, so we will be able to send students in the near future. Our target group and goalsOur main focus, concerning the project “OUT OF THE BOX “ is, to send both students and teachers abroad. This will open our school towards the European idea. We want to strengthen our students by sending them abroad, help them to enhance, show them the European job market and confront them with self experienced cultural contacts. We want to reduce the drop-out rates of students. Our goal is to train open minded people for the job markets. Our teachers have to undertake more mobilities, receive new stimuli within their brand of studies and “think out of the box” as well. “How do others get things done?”. Therefore we offer flows to the Guildford College. Each student flow needs to be accompanied by one techer (we have plenty of underage students). It is a good way for all teachers to “think out of the box”, too. This will lead hopefully to more mobilities and a new Erasmus Plus KA1 application in the future. Our school wants to develop a new overall value guide, this is why we initiate an exchange between our quality management team with the one of our experienced Finish partner school. Our mobilities and activities- we apply for three mobilities (two weeks) to our Finnish partner school (4/4/10 students); with one accompanying teacher per week - we apply for two mobilities (two weeks) to our Austrian partner school (4/4/4 students); with one accompanying teacher per week - the project coordinators will stay at our partner school in Austria (3 days) to develop an intercultural learning unit (which will be used in every following students ‘ flow)- we want to send one member of our school intern quality management team for 1 week to Finland , to strenghthen our expertise with quality management and start networking with this topic- we mainly send students under 18 and therefore we need accompanying teachers in each students flow- we will send two times 2 teachers to Guildford College in England (one week), doing Job Shadowing and an internship (CLIL)Monitoring and evaluationThe very experienced EU coordinators pass on all know-how to new colleagues. The accompanying teachers support and guarantee qualitative high-class flows. The evaluations of all participants will be interpreted and will leave its mark on further activities.Impact and dispersionWe want to be noticed as a school involved in international activities by the whole school family (students, parents, teachers, companies) and the public. Our school makes the European idea accessible for our students..Our vocational trainings should be more than only the curriculum - we want to make it more “sexy” and upgrade our teaching with the European idea.We proudly disseminate our European activities within the school and to the public.Usage of European instruments (ECVET)We will achieve obligation and transparency by using ECVET-instruments. We arrange "Memorandum of understanding" with all our partners. We sign "learning agreements" with our students and use the European CV. We confirm successful mobilities by handing out the Europass in our graduation ceremonies. Our aim is to ensure a high-quality project.
