THEMATIC NETWORK OF COOPERATION AND TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION IN LUGASU DE JOS AND NAGYRABE COMMUNES (EDNET)
Date du début: 29 févr. 2012, Date de fin: 27 févr. 2013 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Based on the main identified problems and needs at the level of educational systems from Hungary and Romania, the EDNET project aims at creating an interconnected platform for the main local relevant actors (schools, local authorities, associations) in order to orient and adapt the educational environment to the new challenges (regarding the importance of the links between studies and employment) through joint complementary development of training and educational facilities, through the creation of special networks for knowledge transfer, through sharing the best practices among educational institutions (dissemination of practical education methods, development of joint training standards and professional competencies, exchange of courses) at the level of Lugasu de Jos and Nagyrabe communes. In this sense, the project is structured in two main activities which correspond to two main stages: The first activity is centred on supporting the defining of joint curricula and methodological tools and providing the conditions for developing joint facilities, while the second one refers to organizing educational programs, focused on summer camps and exchanged courses. The direct beneficiaries of the project are the 670 students from the 2 schools (330 in Lugasu de Jos and 340 from Nagyrabe), the 16 teachers from Lugasu de Jos and Nagyrabe schools (8 for each partner) and the association’s employees who will benefit from the results and multiplier effects of the thematic network’s creation in terms of standards of education, transfer of expertise, methodology aspects, setting up of joint facilities, practicing and exchanging lessons. Indirect beneficiaries are all students, teachers, associations acting in the field of education from the cross-border rural area, because the results of the project will be disseminated at the level of both rural micro-regions.
