The project is about to strengthen intercultural relations between Swedish and Georgian youth. Project aims to support and underline the meaning and the role of a leader in Democratic society. The method we use to reach the aim is to look at to theatre as a tool to change the social environment. One of the aim of the project is to discourage elitism in art and promote the ground principle of ATF- Amateur Theatre Association of Swedish workers - "everyone can join" instead of "only them who has talent can join". Project participants both in Sweden and Georgia are mostly from regions outside the capital city. This is because to countervail problems related to urbanization. May things happen also in regions far from the centre of the state. Expected results of the project are better understanding of each other, find the similar values and share experience how to handle similar problems by the knowledge transfer. Promote the different view on a leader in democratic society . Project will contribute to better communication between ATF:s member organizations at the same time will help to Georgian partners in organizational meters to attract new members.
