Date du début: 1 mai 2015, Date de fin: 31 oct. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

'The Next Step: NGOs and CSR' is a training course which will bring together 31 participants from 13 countries; Malta, Romania, Italy, Slovakia, Estonia, Portugal, Bulgaria, Turkey, Austria, Netherlands, Greece, Latvia and Croatia. Its main objective is to equip NGOs with skills needed to understand better the private sector and its perspective and what should and does motivate them to engage in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR is an important tool for both governmental agencies, NGOs and private entities to understand each other better. This is especially important since due to social changes, these three main pillars within society; public administration, the private sector and civil society have come together and collaborated on common projects. A social model has come into force based on dialogue, collaboration and the cooperation among these sectors. Social responsibility affects all the organizations’ behaviour and actions thus the commitments to society are assumed, according to their values and role in the society. Therefore this training will be offering a new perspective towards the future of youth work and how to include the private sector into the projects being done through NGOs and Youth organizations which will maximize the impact of the projects. This training will go on to show that it is not enough to have a good idea. As NGOs and Youth organizations we should be able to communicate this in an efficient way; in a way that the corporate world would understand. This Training course is targeted to those NGOs who are willing to go to the next step and involve the private sector in their projects. This Training will thus focus on; - Corporate Social Responsibility - How can NGO tap into the private companies’ CSR policies - Learn the language of the corporate world - Learn how to sell the Project to the private sector - Plan a project with all the stakeholders in mind - Closing the deal - Learn more about KA2 of the Erasmus+ All sessions carried out during the training course will be based on Non Formal Methods of Education. Simulations, Exercises, Case studies, Work groups, reflective sessions will all be amongst the methods used during this project. These sessions have as an ultimate aim to help partner organisations create projects in tandem with the private sector and thus improve the society in which they operate.
