"The Leaders Factory" is designed to guide all young people toward innovative approach and aims to deliver proper understanding the work of civil society organizations (CSO) and the concept of creation of transparent and responsible social enterprises. Education contributes, from an early age, to the socialization, integration and empowerment of individuals. It is also a means of achieving personal fulfillment which can help to enhance the employability of young people. Young people demand foreign language teaching, preparation for the educational exchanges and mobility programmes run by the European Union; they are interested in many other fields and they ask for a stronger emphasis on practical subjects. However, setting out to develop balanced, all-encompassing curricula which are not overloaded is a challenge. They should be designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills and also to reflect the multicultural nature of our societies.This project will help the hosting and the partner organizations by providing participants with advanced human resources tools for personal development and key competencies in these areas: communication skills, leadership and fellowship skills, becoming aware of the importance of life mapping and developing, to improve time and stress management skills, to improve ability to set up goals, plan and implement etc. This project will help young people to organize their life and work, achieve balance and success cross over difficulties and challenges. In our daily communication in the organization and partners, we are often meeting people who has lack of these skill, but also people who like to work with new initiatives or in NGOs, but they don't have needed skill as leadership, management, communication skills etc. That's why our main objective is to provide them with this skills and with new methods of work that will help them in the future, so they can reach their full potential but also to contribute for the progress of their communities.This project will define new priorities for offering learning opportunities to the target group at different stages. That's why this project contains this main components:- to increase investment in human resources;- to develop learning centers;- to promote new important skills; etc.
