The impact of cultural differences on students' expectations from job counsellors
Cross-cultural careers advice : The project recognises the need for targeted careers advisory services. Job seekers' ethnic and cultural background has an impact on the expectations they have of their careers and careers advisors. By undertaking research in this field, the project will contribute to significantly improving the work of job counselors. This project started in 2003 and lasted 24 months.
