The planned project involves activities of teacher´s professional development in abroad with a form of shadowing colleagues at a partner school in Ireland. In this way, the educator will get in touch with using new innovating methods of education in primary schools abroad. There she will be able to try it so that she can adapt them and implement at our school.The teachers will get knowledge how to make education more effective.This new experience along with adopting good established methodology, that is connected to the professional development of pedagogues, will be used to fullfil identified needs along with improving the competence and effectiveness of the teachers. It will also increase the atractiveness of the schools education and internationalization.
