The development of pedagogical valences in European schools

- Respecting the terms and conditions set by international standards in order to negotiate Romania’s adherence to the European structures, the strategic objectives of the Treaty of Lisbon, objectives Europa Strategy 2020, including a principal object if educational domain and the European Strategy’s recommendations for education and professional training ( “ET 2010”), as well as the General European Call for Project Proposals 2015 – Key-Action 1 (AC1) - Mobility Projects
- The evolutions in the needs of initial forming system of the didactic stuff in the per-university education
- The main principals that guide the initial guiding process of future teachers in the per-university education at Mihai Eminescu National College, Toplita: the equality of chances in forming a career in the educational domain; the opening of the school towards the European labor market and the needs as far as the education and forming are concerned; the mobility on the initial training – continuous training axis, by promoting and applying the European Transferable Credit System and of the Europass.
- We propose the mobility project, with the theme "The development of pedagogical valences in European schools" as an innovation and motivating, selective and evaluational tool in the initial training of kindergarten and school teachers, in order to facilitate their transition from school to active life, with the purpose of improving the quality of the human resource in Romanian education,persons who live in country and minority persons to a more efficient teaching-learning-assessment process in our kindergartens and schools.
The target group of the project consists of 20 people during initial professional training, provenience by village and persons by Hungarian nationality , students in the 11th grade, vocational education, pedagogical profile, kindergarten– school teacher specialization. They will perform a pedagogical traineeships in partner school COLEGIO VALSASSINA from one of the biggest European metropolis , Lisbon, school with a various and old tradition in the educational domain.
The professional training of the students will be supported by teachers from partner school, experienced in mentoring activities, whereas the cultural and pedagogical training will be supported by tutors of the SCHOOL in Lisbon, with a team of professionals, who have achieved a various experience in managing projects.
The mobility period is: April the 11th - April the 24th 2016. The period is two weeks, flow 1 and
March The 27th – April the 09th 2017. The period is two weeks, flow 2.
The specific objectives of the project are:
O1. The development of practical abilities and competences, specific to the kindergarten-school teacher profession, according to the occupational standard.
O2. The development of the initiative, creativity and responsibility towards the teaching occupation
O3. Becoming familiar with the particularity of the instructive- educational activity in European schools
O4. The improvement of the linguistic, inter-cultural and social competences.
O5. Promoting the method of partnership in the initial professional training of teachers in the preschool and primary education, through access to European resources and facilities, with the purpose of achieving a more efficient instructive-educational process.
The results of the project are to be found in the 20 participants at the practical training, who will be able to apply the principals of modern didactics at a European level, that focuses on the child, the latter taking a share in his own development.
