The development and the creation of new research fields according to principle of sustainable development is the aim of the project. Within the project new laboratories of quality management in research and development of libraries are realized, also the promotion and dissemination of the project’s results, using new guidelines, websites and international conferences.The general objective of the project is the upbringing of scientific research process quality in cross-border area.Target groups: students, teaching staff, researchers and the population; The main specific activities of the project are:development of the required under structure; promotion and the dissemination of project results; improvement of the existent and the development of new scientific fields.Main results: improvement of the number of trained persons, new methods for research, new research facilities, new laboratories of research quality, the creation of new jobs.
