Overall objective: The creation of the conditions for the increase of ethnic minorities and youth employment level in the target regionSpecific objectives:- Exchange of knowledge and «know-how» in working out of programs of employment minorities (roma) and youth -Tthe popularization of the social works among different ethnic minorities and youthMain activities:Carrying out of a series of working meetings/seminars in the course of realisation of the Action with the attraction of a maximum quantity of representatives of the target groups for updating of teaching materials and the employment program of minorities and youth in social worksHolding of the Kick-off conference in Ukraine to present the Action to all stakeholders, to discuss domains and possibilities for implementation of the Action and to identify all Ukrainian specifics (attributes) in comparison with Slovakian conditions of realization such employment programs of minorities and youth.Holding of the activities of implementing the study materials for knowledges transfer of developing and implementing of employment programs of minorities and youth. Holding of the activities focused on the experience transfer in the implementing of the employment programs from the Slovakian partner to the Ukrainian partner. Preparing and carrying out the final conference to give the employment programof minorities and youth and to make an agreement with the local authority the mechanismesof its implementation.Finishing of the Action, finish materials and reporting preparing. Expected Results: Special knowledge acquisition in creating of programs focused on increasing programs of employment of national minorities and youth and increasing the experience of their realization
