TERMINÉ
The main aim of the project was to strengthen the co-operation between the Regional Headquarters of State Fire Service in Białystok and the Regional Headquarters of State Fire and Rescue Service in Alytus and Marijampolė, increase the efficiency of functioning fire rescue and emergency units and improve life quality in the cross-border area. Achievements: During the project implementation, the partners organised joint specialized trainings, capacity building seminars and shared experience about emergency situations. The equipment necessary for life rescue operations was purchased as well as infrastructure improvement works were done.
