The result show that physical activity has decreased in children. As a result of a reduction in the amount of exercise in children and adolescents in Finland physical performance decreases, the number of obese children grow up, children´s bones are brittle, chest and neck pains are common in children`s and young people´s fatique and weakness, psychomatic and mental disorders have increased. This is reflected in the new curriculum. In the new curriculum physical education will be major changes. Number of sport spieces reduced and a sporty lifestyle supported. On the activity on the physical and cognitive activities have a significant positive connection. Locomotor activity taken combines the positive, and goal-school life. School exercise is an opportunitaty: The school yard and neighbouring development, intermediate lessons activation of locomotor activity in the club, morning and afternoon sport activities, as well as theme days and events. All of this information as a result of our school´s two-year development project, Healthy teachers - healthy school, related to the well-being of staff and students on increasing physical activity. Participate in this project in our school staff and students. Our school is done before the project prior to the beginning of the measurements, of the middle of the mid-term evaluation and final assesment at the end. Measurements are used to find out whether this contributed to the project hoped the stuff and the students of life. All teachers (3) has the right and the opportunitaty to participate in courses which provide ideas and energy to make a sporty and healthy school day. During this project education will be more diverse pedagogical approaches and solutions, such as game, inquiry-based learning, concretization, the learned connection to everyday life, operational working method as well as the phenomenon of the central teaching. Technology such as smartboards and the use of iPads in education. School quality of teaching is improved, tolerance and internationalism is increasing, the intercultural action skill develops, the active citizenship growing stronger, motivation increases, improved learning outcomes, exclusion is reduced, overall quality of life improves. Networking and new challenges to the receiving school is more interesting from the perspective of partners. The school looks like a good example of an active school in the nearby areas to other school. School image increases.
