The main intention of the educational and school activities of the Secondary technical school (SPŠ)in Snina, SR is their interconnection with the employment politics and their adaptation to the job market requirements. Theoretical and practical educational level of the school graduates creates space for their employment also in other economic fields and sectors.
The main goal of the project Theory and experience is the possibility to orientate oneself:
-in the world of the information and communication technologies, in newest technologies within the field of the machine engineering, industrial informatics, in the diagnostics and construction of the motor vehicles, in economic activities, in the transport logistics and to become a recognized specialist within these fields, to ensure the monitoring of the graduates’ demand and their required expertise. This mobility internship is a part of the School Educational program as an alternative possibility to the continual technical practice lasting for 2 weeks. It is also a part of the educational process and interlocks theoretical technical subjects. Strategic school intention is to integrate as many students as possible into the practice in various companies;their production orientation relates with the contents orientation of the technical subjects’ students taking part in these practices. The project goal is to enable school students their practice in various companies, which create for them suitable working conditions in accordance with the work program. Partner organizations and home organization submitted the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), where they declared to follow the ECVET conditions. Project contribution for students represents especially the possibility to use the most modern technical equipment, which can be used by target groups neither within the technical school practice nor in regional companies. At the same time, they can improve their technical terminology in foreign language area and learn a company culture.
On the project Theory and experience will be participating 3 partners as follows:
1. SPŠ in Snina, SR as home organization;
2. BaK production Ltd. Písek, CZ as mediatory org.; and host org. in Písek -HEYCO WERK, UNITERM, ELO+,PETOKOV,–in this stage of the project preparation, they have already signed the documents of their acceptance and the letters of acknowledgement;
3. ADC College in London, UK as mediatory org.;and host org. in London centred on the IT, economics and administrative–Active Care, Chipping Barnet Library, Computer Aid International, Harlesden Library, Harmony Nursery Montessori, Home Library and Outreach Services, Kenton Library, Lewinson Centre Library, North Harrow Library, Pronta Print East Sheen, Pronta Print Harrow, Snappy Snaps Baker Street, Willesden Green Library – we have a long-time experience with them.
Project is going to be realized as follows:
I. in the CZ – in BaK production Ltd. in Písek& host companies – in activity A1 in 2 turns: - 1. 20. 9. 2015 – 4. 10.2015 – 15 st. &2 accompanying pers. - 2.: 4. 10.2015 – 17. 10.2015 – 15 st. &2 accompanying - from the following fields of study: machine engineering, technology &transport operations &electrotechnics;
II. in the UK – in ADC College in London and host companies – in activity A1 in 2 turns:
- 3.: 20. 9. 2015 – 3. 10. 2015 – 12 st. &2 accompanying pers., 4.: 4. 10. 2015 – 17. 10. 2015 – 12 st. &2 accompanying pers., - from the following field of study: technical lyceum.
Specific goals of this field-trip are:- to gain practical skills& experience in the contents orientation to the students‘ fields of study and ICT;to integrate internship participants into the work cycle in the cooperative companies;to compare the last technical processes& trends gained throughout the theoretical learning &apply them into the practice; to make students familiar with operations &leading of the company, with the technological equipment in the host companies & also in other customer companies by the use of the technical excursion into them; to improve students‘ technical & field language competences in English; in the final workshop–to evaluate the contribution of the mobility internship–to add some specific technical & field matters into the topic educational plans & to make a discussion proposals for the subject commissions; to implement gained knowledge into the School Educ.Progr.every participant will process a presentation upon the topic of the mobility:Mobility internship according to me–report &contribution & surprise;from mobility internships–to create a calendar for 2016. Participants finish the internship with the:Certificate about the taking part in the internship presenting students’ gained skills & their evaluation–from host companies & mediatory organization, Certif. from the SPŠ Director about the acknowledgement of the technical practice–from home organization, certify. Europass Mobilita &Student’s personal letter.
