TECHNO-SCHOOL This project intends to focus on using of technology in education to the maximum extent, improvement of teachers’ personal development and confidence and in-service training for creative teachers. Our Project aims to produce teachers who are flexible and innovative, eager to improve their perofessional development, who can explore and compare different educational systems in other countries, open new horizons for their students, use technology efficiently and effectively, motivate students to learn and finally be a useful leader in institution. Our teachers are in need of in-service training courses in Europe on “the use of technology in education” in order to provide our students with high quality education with the latest teaching methods and technology tools, since Europe is in a better position than us about the effective use of smartboards. The in-service training courses that we aim our teachers to take on “Effective use of technology in education” will help; Our teachers become more conscious and leader teachers who use technology in the classroom to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum waste. Our teachers make the most boring lessons easy, exciting and fun. Do interactive experiments which cannot be done in the classroom. Increase the level of success of classroom and school. Provide high quality education. Encourage students to be more active and interested in the classroom. Significantly save time. The overall objectives of our project are: 1.Improving educational quality in school. 2.Strengthening structural dimension of Europeanness. 3.Encouraging teachers to learn foreign languages. 4.Producing teachers whose mission is to raise awareness for different cultures . 5.Producing self-confident teachers who will have completed personal development plan.
