Berlink - Berlin, GermanyBackground: The needs identified among learners:- The need for user training and skills development for using programs such as android, because in our school there is no option to develop this theme, but there are demands from learners and parents.- The need to correlate local entrepreneurs` social skills with the school offer .- Necessity of connection between theoretical instructive programming work performed in the virtual aspect of the concrete realization of program codes for smart devices;- The need to get acquainted with the working environment in the context of real work in IT companies, with activities in:           Infonetmedia (UK), Centre Adlershof (DE) GmbH (DE), Apple Store Berlin (DE) and LinguaTV (DE).- Facilitating the transition from school to working life: the domain of programming smart devices nowadays is closely linked with the business, and work environment of enterprises;- The need for socio-professional of values exchange, ethnic and cultural underpinning of a business relationship between the parties involved, through visits to universities, exhibitions, places, monuments, museums and theaters.The overall project aims to increase access to quality education for 28 high school students, through educational approaches aimed at developing competencies required by modern society and the educational process optimization using SMART technology.Specific objectives:1. Develop IT skills for 28 students through training in the development of software for smart devices, a specialized company for personal development and for improving employability in the labor market.2. Enchancing linguistic skills of the participants following this training course in UK / Germany, the language of communication being English and through direct interaction with the residents, to develop the skills required by modern society.3. The increase of the general knowledge of the participants through understanding the cultural of English / Germany, but also about the life and work of the countries visited.4. Developing institutional capacity to develop projects with grant funding, conclude national and international partnerships, improving management skills, to increase the prestige of the school.The target group consists of 28 learners from X grade, boys and girls, urban and rural, mathematics and computer science specialization, which will perform 60 hours of practice / laboratory in the development of software for smart devices.Their English language skills are minimal A2.Activities during the internship: development and implementation of applications using Android App programming for smart devices. In addition, they will perform:- visits to tourist objectives in Portsmouth, London and Winchester / Museumsisland and Bundestag respectively.Expected results of the training activity among learners are: -28 High school learners trained through educational approaches aimed at developing competencies required by modern society and the educational process optimization of using SMART technology;- 28 learners with knowledge and skills in programming development;- 28 learners who consolidated their language skills by participating in the training program in the UK / Germany;- 28 learners with a general knowledge greatly enhanced by knowledge, cultural understanding of English / Germany, but also about the life and work enviroment in this country;- 28 learners with increased chances of integration on the labor market.The impact will be multidimensional, on the development of organizational forms of training that are not possible without using traditional methods and means. Learning deed is no longer considered to be the effect of the actions of the teacher, but the result of the student's interactions with the leading learning.Project sustainability:The project includes operations and activities to ensure continuity, value, integrated approach of the results after finalization of the project and can be transferred locally and nationally. The project aims at a wide promotion of its results through extensive promotion activities directly through the applicant, the partners and participants.
