Our project “ Procuration Chain Management “ consists of 24 students who were selected from Istanbul Fatih Alparslan Vocational-Technical High School and sending participant partners Samsun Ilkadim Piri Reis Vocational-Technical High School and Istanbul Fatih Vocational and Technical High School. At the end of the placement activities of our project ; students received training about logistics and logistics management , logistics and procuration chain management , logistics current practices , transport management , intermodality , International delivery and types of payment in logistics operations , Freight calculations in logistics transportation , RFID tags , satellite vehicle tracking systems , handheld terminal , identification with radio frequency , Internet and extranet , POS tracking systems. At the end of our project ; our participants who receive basic training in the field of Transport (Logistics) , developed professional skills in this field. It increased their employability in the labor market.Especially SMEs , in support of businesses to eliminate the needs of skilled staff , competing power was increased in the international business market. Our 18 students participated 2 weeks educational and training activities in Fides Education Gmbh which is located in Berlin / Germany.Our 9 students participated 2 weeks educational and training activities in AP Edukacja Sp.zo.o. which is located in Poland. This training has been completed towards the project plan between 19/04/2015 and 02/05/2015 . After the activities were planned in our project , our participants developed linguistic, cultural, social and personal needs as well as their professional skills in the field of Transport (Logistics). It contributed to employability. Beneficiaries were also to communicate with people of different cultures , improving the ability to live and work together, gained the awareness of EU citizenship. As a result, all of the project goals and objectives of our text application, planned preparation, adhering to the placement and training plan has been reached.
