1.General aim of the project is bundled in the project title Technosportkid(t).- Technosportkid:We want the children to get fascinated by technology and sport. We want to start early in the education of a child with technology and sport to make sure the children and parents can make better choices after primary school and they discover other talents (from the child) than knowledge alone! Gender can’t be a problem in school to do more technology or sport.- Technosportkit: We want the children to use materials and toys in technology and sport. 2. Activities during the 2 years of the project:first year: Technokid(t)Technology is the main subject of the first year.• During the first year, the children will work on technology by means of a technology corner in the class or in the school (a place where they can experiment, discover, dismantle a technical system, …), by means of workshops, visits, etc. • The teachers will exchange know-how about how to work on technology during their classes with children: they will follow workshops, etc. • In school we will offer children opportunities to do technology: Doing experiments with technical constructions, solving technical problems alone or step by step, …- second year:Sportkid(t)Sports (healthy mind in healthy body) is the main subject of the second year.• During the second year, children will experience a lot of new sports games. • Teachers will share information about how they work on sports at their schools. • Children invent a new game in each school.• Sharing information about their national sports and about sport in their lives • Promoting the idea of Olympic games3.
