A new formed volunteer group which consists of unemployed, educated young people and some adults as animating spirits of youth activities from Trikala (Greece), have chosen to cooperate with a similar but much more experienced and active Spanish team due to its many years of performance on the field of the organization youth programmes. This team comes from Segovia and it is going to be a project of job shadowing. The aims of this project are the improvement of animating and support skills of volunteer groups as well as the emergence of the good use of good practices of exchange and experiences in European level. Partners will cooperate in the design and analysis of practical needs by using as educational tools the principles of informal and non formal learning as research on the field, free debates and presentations, training, observation etc This project brings into contact youths and organizers of such activities and initiatives from different cultural, social backgrounds and economic environments. They can exchange ideas, they research, they accept and reject, they teach and they are taught in the end…they change as well as they learn. The expected results are the incorporation of new methods, good practices and the acquirement of skills in guidance and operation of informal volunteer groups of younf people. The participation in the project will provide the society with more correct and effective actions that will fight racism, xenophobia and social exclusion
