This project is concerned with sustainable development and is targeted at SMEs and local authorities.The partnership is particularly concerned with the environmental aspect of sustainable development. Its aim is to help decision-makers in SMEs and local authorities in decision-making, in their daily work, managing and extending their commitments in the environmental field by teaching them the required skills. The training system proposed should lead to a qualification in technical assistance, thus creating a new professional profile that integrates transferable skills.The products proposed are:° a professional reference framework with a portfolio of skills;° a modular training programme with evaluation tools.The aim of the project is to produce pedagogical tools, training for trainers, testing and validating the system.A database of training resources will be built from the beginning of the project.
